Surety Bail Bonds
A surety bond is a loan you receive to post bail. We will be your contractor of this loan. There are additional parties involved to ensure we can borrow the cash needed to post your bail. We will pay the full bail amount with the borrowed money from our partners. We will take 100% of the responsibility. In most cases some form of personal property will be needed as collateral.

Cashout Bail Bonds
A cash out bail bond is necessary if the defendant or a co-signer puts up the entire amount of the bail. If you are guaranteed that person you bail out will attend every court appearance then this is the way to go. You must have the exact amount with no change. You can us credit or debit cards to complete transaction. And it is refundable if the person in question attends every court appearance.

General Bail Bonds
If you cannot pay the full amount of your bail, then this would be the best option. You can pay in any payment format such as cash, credit, check, etc. You would only have to pay a small percentage. However, a refund will not be issued. And you may be responsible for ensuring someone attends court or you will lose your money.
